Mzansi Streetwear ships orders throughout South Africa.
Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed using manual payment methods (including PayFast payment requests) will be processed once payment is successfully completed.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable third‑party courier services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
– Main centres: 2–5 business days
– Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly communicated on the website.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout. Mzansi Streetwear is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier. Mzansi Streetwear cannot be held responsible for courier delays but will make reasonable efforts to assist.
