Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Mzansi Streetwear purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To request a return, please email us at dirk@dignity.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Please note:
– Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
– Limited edition drops are final sale unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If you paid via PayFast, your refund will be processed back through PayFast. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
